Booking requests

When you send a booking request, we receive your name, phone number, the date, time and number of people, and your email address and notes if you add them. It comes to us by email. We use it only to confirm and manage your booking, and we delete it when we no longer need it for that.

We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who handles it for us

The website is run by York Websites. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and booking emails are sent through Resend. They process the details only to deliver the website and the email.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for visitors, and there is no tracking or advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: call us or ask in the tea room. If you're unhappy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
